Cohort C — the first group onboarded through the redesigned flow — posted the largest week-over-week retention gain in Finch's history. This brief is the source of truth for the Q3 QBR: what moved, why, and what we roll to cohort D in w23.
TL;DR. D7 retention reached 52.4% (+9.2 pts QoQ), driven almost entirely by the onboarding redesign. Activation → D7 conversion closed 12 points. We have high confidence the lift generalizes.
